The Oasis beckons from ahead, with its cool beauty and welcoming energy. After the rough and tumble of the landscape I’ve been traveling through, this lush space fills me with joy. Is it real or a mirage, I wonder. But I can hear it, smell it, and almost taste the shift in energy as I get closer.
One definition of oasis is “a peaceful, safe, or refreshing place in the middle of trouble, stress, or chaos.” My guides kept trying to nudge me in this direction, but I’ve been stubborn and thought I had to find it by myself for it to be real. Once I finally accepted help, here it is. Can it really be this easy? Why did I think I wasn’t allowed to have this for myself?
Well, here I am, and look at the beauty of this place. I’m planning to stay a while, I think.
