These 3 characters showed up unannounced at my front door one day. At first I thought they were trying to sell me something, and from the looks of them I couldn't imagine what it could be. They didn't look like preachers, anyway.
They said they were from The Council, which sounded ominous at first, but then they handed me a tin of homemade cookies. We chatted for a few minutes, then they handed me their card and told me to call if anything came up.
I still have no idea what that whole meeting was about, but they seemed satisfied. Anyway, the cookies were delicious.
